With over a decade in the recruitment and recruitment technology field, I specialise in designing, optimising and managing recruitment systems, workflows and candidate operations.My experience includes traditional recruitment, ATS systems, recruitment platforms, high-volume campaigns, candidate engagement and event registration management. I combine a background in career coaching and recruitment expertise with a product mindset, applying practical technology and process improvements to make in-house recruitment work better.I enjoy working at the intersection of people, technology and data, helping create more efficient processes, stronger candidate experiences and better outcomes.
